What is the purpose of Comedy & Illusion?

The main purpose is to raise money for PTA, PTO or other local organizations. But there are many other benefits as well. This program may be used to:

1. increase attendance

2. raise money & membership

3. bring families together

4. Present a special message

5. Kick off a special event

6. can be used as a reward

THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS!

What will all this cost?

NOTHING, NADA, ZILCH, It’s FREE! I know it’s hard to believe but we supply everything:

tickets, posters, flyers, press releases, and the complete show.

Can we do this without it being a Fund-raiser?

No Problem! Some groups want to have our program but do not need to raise money. We have other ticket sales programs that are free to your group, as well as buy-out options, and assemblies for purchase. Our family night program works the same but ticket prices are lower and the show takes all of the ticket sales.

(There is a small guarantee with this option but in 25 years no one has had to write us a check)

We also have educational programs on character issues and offer group discounts on multiple programs.

How much time and work are involved?

NONE! We handle everything for you. Our only request is that you have two adults from your organization be present during the show to collect tickets and act as ushers.

When is Comedy & Illusion performed?

Your school board approves our show and agrees that it should not be presented during school hours. (We have assembly programs for that) Our show is best presented in the evenings (so parents can attend), directly after school or on Saturdays.

What do we pay if no one buys a ticket?

It’s still costs NOTHING, NADA, ZILCH! Our show is a success and has such a proven track record that WE CAN WORK WITHOUT A GUARANTEE! That means if we sell 5 tickets or 500 there is still NO COST to your group! We have a 75% sell-out rate on our shows! That means 3 out of 4 are completely SOLID OUT!

Because Comedy & Illusion is a touring show we only spend a few weeks in each area. The sooner we hear from you the more choices we may offer you as to dates, etc.

How do we make money?

The program is set up and tickets are sold. Ticket prices are determined for each show and are usually less than the price of a movie admission. The gross is split and your group will receive between 40%- 60%. Because we work with NO GUARANTEE in some instances we take the first 50-100 tickets sold (usually smaller auditoriums or groups)
